Jasmin and Ish were amazing!!! My mom was looking for an Suv car and Jasmin was so helpful at showing my mon cars with no problems at all,also she was able get us a good deal with car insurance. As per Ish the finance guy he was so awesome. He was explaining everything and looking for option for my mom. 100 % recommend this dealership!!!

Usually I’m not leaving reviews, but I feel I should share my unusual experience with 5 Town Drive. So I bought a car from 5 Towns Drive while I’m in Miami. Each of my endless calls, emails, questions and requests got answered almost immediately. Sometimes during ‘not working hours’ and once even during National holiday. I asked for more photos, a questions about insurance, loans, car condition and many others. Jasmin and her team always answered fast and polite. I arrived especially to pick up the car after they help me with all the details and everything went smoothly and fast. Less then an hour and I left with the car to Miami. I drove it 1,200 miles with zero issues and my mechanic in Miami said the car is a great find. So, thank you Jasmin and everybody at 5 Towns Drive. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

From day one ,Iv been contacting jasmine the receptionist and she was very clear about the vehicle I inquired for she also was kind enough to facetime me which I gladly appreciate. I finally had the chance to come in after leaving a deposit the car was more beautiful in person they did everything on the spot INSURANCE, DMV and washed my new 2018 Toyota highlander also offered snacks coffee. Just bought a '22 Tacoma from this dealership and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. Ish was a total gentleman and worked w/me and my haggling like a pro. I’ve been looking for another Audi after I totaled mine and I finally found the whole package here. They were patient with us and held the car, even though it was in high demand. We bought a used vehicle but had considered a brand new version of the same model. I generally had a pretty good experience buying a car from here. Didn't end up getting the car I had gone in to look at first due to an engine light that was present. I ended up getting another car (2015 Nissan Altima) for roughly the same price, and I've been quite happy with it so far. Price points are generally quite good compared to other dealers in the area.

After over a week of dealing with other shady auto sells dealers, I’m SO glad we found 5 TOWNS DRIVE to help us! They are the most professional auto sells place I have yet to encounter! I just bought a Honda CR-V 2017 with just 22,000 and for an amazing price. I would recommend everyone to go here because everyone is very nice and understanding. They do not pressure you or get all up on you like other dealerships. The prices for the cars they have are amazing and Surprisingly average and cheap depending on what car you get. But my car has been the best. But one thing i was upset about was the mask policy over there. I felt uncomfortable when they didn’t wear the mask around the clients. They weren’t too strict on the mask and should just just wear them. But overall was in love with the dealership and my car. They were also very helpful with any deep information about anything. 10/10 recommend.

Had a great experience at 5 Towns Drive. Family owned and treated me like family. They work with your needs, wants and finances. I was able to get into the vehicle I wanted with ease. The sales manager Randy was nothing but helpful and didn't push me into anything given I visited this dealer twice- first time I didn't purchase and months later I revisited and was remembered and treated with the same respectful assistance. The finance manager Moe helped me get the monthly payments I wanted and with ease. He did all the necessary leg work and answered my questions thoroughly. They have a reputation for outstanding customer service, honesty, and integrity. I've enjoyed doing business here both times I bought from them. Went in to buy a 2014 Altima and got a great deal. They also gave me the car looking very clean and it smelled great. The receptionist I bugged a million times was Jenny and the man that put me in my dream car I can’t remember his name but he was so awesome. Thank you again staff

Okay, let me say this about five towns driv. Five towns drive is the best dealership in America. Here is why: 1. Hassle free experience 2. You don’t have to run all over the place to find a representative. 3. Price was as advertised + fees ( expected ) 4. I got a really great car .. I mean.. really great! 5. Don’t listen to the bad reviews ... check it out for yourself. I’m a no non-sense person. I would have ran if they were terrible people. The dealership has honest are hardworking .

Very very disappointed I drove 7 hours just to find out the posted price was different from the actual price after I called in and asked what the price was. Upon arrival the salesman didn’t know anything about the car and they tried to force me into some crazy leasing situation when I had 19k in my pocket to buy cash! DO NOT GO HERE!

Im taking this time to personally post this...when I walked into the dealership I was greeted by a young lady named "Lucy!"...very freindly & professional...she made me feel comfortable...she greeted me and asked me how could she help me...I told her what I was looking for and what I liked and I was very specific and she told me how lucky i was & I had about 3 of the same choices on different levels of price and trims...so Lucy gave me the keys to each vehicle & allowed me privately examine all 3 of them...I later on was greeted by the manager "Malik" and i experienced a person with great patience and knowledge of many ways to help you drive the car of your choice without railroading you or making you feel any pressure of regret or feeling tricked...also he worked with many many options to make my purchase financially suitable for my budget...the entire staff(forgive me for not mentioning names) but i want to also say the entire staff was absolutely attentive to my comfort and expectations to me and the purchase and the entire process...I highly recommend 5towns drive to anyone buying a vehicle to 1st try them...you'll not regret that choice...Thank you 5 towns drive(highfive)

Ish made the purchase of our 2010 Altima fast, easy, and painless. The car was clean inside and out. It had been serviced and was ready for us to drive home. They provided us with Carfax info and we felt confident that we were knowledgeable about the history of the car that we were purchasing. No funny looking corrosive parts under the hood. He introduced us to Malik and, no joke, the whole process from that poi t was not only very accommodating, it was painless. Malik spent so much time working with us to ensure we made good decisions that we'd be comfortable with - that was a HUGE deal for us. Bernard the finance manager was very informative and didnt rush us to just buy. He made us very comfortable with the transaction..Sara is who we first spoke to via phone who was also very informative with information on location and availability of the vehicle..when we arrived we met Jenny at the front desk who displayed great customer service while we waited to do business. I went crazy chasing private owners to find an Audi A4 for my son. I came to know exactly what constituted a fair price for the model and year I was looking for. 5 Towns had a Craig's List Ad for an A4 so I went over there. Max, who owns the place, at 5 Towns had a nice A4 to offer. The best part was the total lack of haggling. Max gave me a fair price that was immediately acceptable to me. I have bought and leased many cars and the buying process has always been something I like to avoid. This was an extremely pleasant way to buy a used car. They also warranty the car which is something I really appreciate. You don't get that with a private sale. Not only did I buy one car here but I bought second car here. Max actually searched the auctions for another A4 for my other son. This car was actually nicer than the first and clearly worth more than the first car. However, Max honored the price of the first car which we agreed upon beforehand. I think people should know that 5 Towns wants to sell decent cars at a fair price. I know I sound like some commercial and this sounds like a fabricated review but I assure you this review is totally legitimate. My advice is to stay away from shopping in people's driveway and just have 5 Towns find the car for you. Easier, fair and warrantied.
